Venezuela golf courses are sparse, but the ones that do exist are worth playing. The sport is somewhat new to the country and is still developing. The Lagunita Country Club, in Caracas, and Isla Margarita Golf Club, on Margarita Island, are the two major courses in the country. Both courses have previously been host to many competitions, professionals and amateurs.
The Lagunita Country Club is known internationally. The continental America’s Tour tournament is played on this course.
Isla Margarita Golf Club has the only golf course on Margarita Island.
This is an 18 hole course on a beautiful piece of beach land. There is no need to call in a tee time; it is a first come first start basis.

FORE! Lee Westwood ball ends up in a woman's shirt !!!
Lee Westwood hooked his drive on the 13th hole into a crowd of folks at the Ritz Charlton Golf Course as a part of the Accenture Match Play Championship.
This is maybe not news but where the ball landed is incredible..... The ball somehow made it's way into a woman's shirt as seen in the video below.
What would have been funnier is if the lady would have taken a run towards the green and dropped the ball there or even dropped it in the hole :)
